Having sadly lost two pregnancies myself, one at 8 weeks and one at 20 weeks, I know that the loss of a baby can be one of life's most devastating experiences, at any gestational age. A pregnancy loss is a hard thing to come to terms with indeed and the level of grief experienced is sometimes underestimated by others who have, fortunately, not had such an experience.
