If you can't quite find what you are looking for or you wish to adapt a style we already offer, we have the facility to provide you with an extra special bespoke service where we can tailor make designs and colours to your own specific needs. We take pride in being able to offer you this service and it's the part we enjoy most.

If you would like a piece made especially for you please email us with your enquiry or download our Bespoke service request form and send it to us together with your fabric samples, picture of your wedding dress or other attire and any photos or pictures which have inspired you. We will match your fabric samples to our range of gorgeous Swarovski crystal colours and when we have found the perfect match we will contact you to discuss your ideas further. Costs - On the bridal accessory side we will normally charge the same listed retail price for a particular item unless you want to add in extra materials or adjust the design to something which is more intricate and involves more time to make, in such cases there will be an additional fee to pay which correlates to the extra materials and time involved.

If you require a piece from our gift jewellery range to be made especially for you where the item was orignally made in Thailand, the bespoke item will be made for you in the UK and the price which we quote you for this service will correlate with it being made in the UK.

Please ensure you are 100% happy with your chosen colours, size and style before placing your order with us. We do provide an alteration service should you need to further adapt items made especially for you. We only offer a bespoke service for Lisa Matthews Jewellery and we regret we cannot offer a bespoke/repair/alteration service on items purchased elsewhere,
